Now more than ever, we are being called back to healing — within ourselves and in our communities.
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful Japanese energy practice that supports deep relaxation, stress reduction, and the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Through light, intentional touch, Reiki works with the subtle life force energy that flows through all living beings. When this energy is flowing freely, we tend to feel more grounded, resilient, and at ease. When it feels depleted or blocked, stress and imbalance can surface physically, mentally, or emotionally.
In this four-week training, you’ll explore the history and principles of Reiki, learn foundational hand positions, and experience the benefits of both giving and receiving sessions. You will also receive a Reiki attunement, empowering you to practice on yourself and share Reiki with others.
The course is intentionally spaced to allow time for integration, reflection, and real-life practice so you feel confident and supported as this new frequency becomes part of your daily life.

Teacher Training 2026
Starting on April 11th....
Wildwood Yoga and Joy of Yoga will be conducting a 200HR Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher Training and Immersion for anyone wanting to become a certified yoga teacher or those that would like to immerse themselves into their physical practice and understanding of yoga's history, philosophy and practical application in today's world.
What makes this Yoga Teacher Training Distinct?
Joy and Jill created this training curriculum which emphasizes anatomy, alignment, philosophy, meditation, spiritual practices, and the mythical teachings and stories from India.
During this training, students will cultivate a spiritual practice, reflecting our belief that the spiritual dimensions of yoga are as essential to teacher development as the physical. Alongside this, students will develop skills and education around Trauma-informed yoga, ensuring a compassionate and aware approach to teaching. Over the course of 10 months, our group will learn and develop a meditation practice together. Additionally, a guest teacher from India will enrich the experience by sharing mythical stories, kirtan, mantra, and practical Indian philosophy, offering a profound insight into the tradition. Following the training, our mentorship program continues to enhance students’ skills as yoga teachers.
Jill Dunlap and Joy Page co-created the hatha based curriculum that will be the basis for this training. Each weekend we will explore a different Hindu Deity. During that weekend we will weave the iconography, mythology, mantras and energy/role of that deity throughout the philosophy teachings, meditations and chanting.
As an added bonus to our training, each student receives Unlimited Free Yoga at both Joy of Yoga and Wildwood Yoga for the duration of the teacher training.

Reiki Level II is for those who have completed Reiki I and feel called to expand their practice.
In this training, you’ll be introduced to the sacred Reiki symbols and mantras that deepen your connection to the healing current. You’ll learn how to offer distance Reiki and work with energy across time and space, broadening both your confidence and your capacity as a practitioner.
Through guided practice and hands-on experience, we’ll strengthen your intuitive awareness and refine your ability to sense, direct, and trust the flow of energy. Reiki II often feels like a shift — from learning the technique to embodying the practice.
This course is designed to support your continued integration, helping you step more fully into your role as a clear and grounded channel for healing.
