Weekly Reset : Soundbath for Deep Relaxation

Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative Soundbath experience, designed to reset your nervous system and bring you back to balance.
Through soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation, allowing tension, stress, and mental chatter to melt away. As your body shifts from "fight or flight" to "rest and restore," you'll experience a profound sense of peace, clarity, and renewal—the perfect midweek reset.
No experience is needed—simply come as you are, get cozy, and let the waves of sound wash over you. water, and a towel or blanket for seated meditation (optional). Duration may vary based on group pace.
Reiki Level 2 Training

This class is for those who have completed their Reiki Level 1 Training and would like to deepen their skills. In this class we will learn the Reiki symbols and mantras and learn how to send distant healing treatments. We will become more attuned to the healing strand of Reiki through hands on practice to tap in to deep intuition and guidance.

Reiki Share is also known as Reiki circle or exchange, and is a gathering of Reiki practitioners who participate in group Reiki treatments to offer healing and positive energy to each other. This class is designed for both newbies and current students of Reiki, and fosters the ability to consciously tap into the energetic field to create an environment of healing and strengthening the unity of the mind-body-spirit connection. We will use meditation, pranayama, and Reiki techniques.
Illuminate Breathwork for Healing + Awakening

Throughout history, cultures worldwide have provided a means for people to access non-ordinary realms for healing and spiritual growth. Breathwork is a means of inducing an altered state of consciousness through full and connected breathing. An energy charge is created in the body, and as the energy disperses, it serves to release or to cleanse blockages, both physical and emotional. Possible experiences include the resolution and release of current problems, unresolved childhood wounds, birth memories, past life remembrances, and stored trauma in the body. Many also experience encounters with the divine, transcendence of time or space, direct experiences of the primordial vibration, deep peace, unconditional love, and orgasmic states.
The process is gentle, safe, and loving; almost everyone will have a deep moving experience. As an added benefit, Breathwork is incredibly healthy for the body. You will be conscious the whole time and totally in control. Please come prepared for immediate growth and a powerful experience.

This training is for those students who have received Reiki Level 1 & Level 2 Training. In this class you will develop your skills and intuition more deeply, you will receive the master attunement and symbols, and learn how to pass attunements so that you can train others on the Reiki path.
