Breath Team Yoga Series

Balance the heat of the season one breath at a time! Summer Breathe Team is a 4-week series that cultivates awareness, connection, calm and balance with breathwork, slow movements, deep stretches, and longer holds. After each asana practice, surrender deeply into an extended rest with a journey of sound.

 

New Weekly Class: Reiki Renewal

Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm

Take time each week to slow down, reset and reconnect. This session supports balance in the mind, body and spirit through a blend of body cupping, gentle tai chi-inspired movement and reiki.

You will be guided to release tension, improve circulation and bring awareness inward. As the body begins to relax, the nervous system can settle, allowing you to feel more present, centered and at ease.

This is a space to step away from the pace of daily life, tune into yourself and gain a sense of calm, clarity and overall wellbeing that brings you into alignment and remembrance-a return to the wholeness that already lives within you. You do not need to be attuned to reiki to participate.

 

Summer Soundbath: Illuminating the Inner Joy

As the warm light of summer fills our days with brightness, we are reminded of our own capacity to shine, expand, and flourish. Join us for a restorative evening of sound, stillness, and reflection as we pause from the busyness of daily life and reconnect with the joy that already lives within us.

We will begin with a gentle heart-centered meditation and guided visualization to cultivate gratitude and open the heart. From there, relax into an immersive sound journey featuring Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments. The soothing vibrations help release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance to the nervous system. We will close with a loving-kindness blessing, allowing you to carry the radiant energy of summer and a renewed sense of peace into your days ahead.

Whether you are seeking deep relaxation, emotional renewal, or simply a moment to reconnect with yourself, this experience will leave you feeling grounded, uplifted, and restored.

No experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else you need to be comfortable. An open heart is encouraged

Roll and Renew Yoga with Myofascial Therapy Balls

Give your body the care it deserves with a deeply revitalizing practice that releases tension, builds strength and restores balance from the inside out.  This 2-hour Hatha Yoga class blends traditional asana, breathwork, and modern self-care into a grounded, therapeutic experience.  The practice begins with pranayama to regulate the nervous system and cultivate awareness to the breath, then moves through a strength-focused sequence designed to build stability and balance.  Yoga Tune Up therapy balls are interwoven throughout the class to target areas of tension and restriction and help improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance body awareness.  Class will wind down with restorative poses to support deep relaxation and integration.  Come explore the intersection of yoga and embodied self-care.

Conscious Breathwork

Conscious Breathwork is a means of inducing an altered state of awareness through full and connected breathing. Energy is activated in the body, and as the energy disperses, it serves to release, or to cleanse blockages, both physical and emotional. Possible experiences include; resolution and release of current problems, unresolved childhood wounds, birth memories, and stored trauma in the body.

The process is gentle, safe, and almost every person will have a deep moving experience. As an added benefit, Breathwork is quite healthy for the body. You will be conscious the whole time and totally in control. Please come prepared for immediate growth and a powerful experience.

***NOTE: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and pillow. It's preferable not to eat for an hour prior. We will provide eye masks or you can bring your own.

 

Akashic Records Journey + Cacao Ceremony

From there, you’ll be led through a gentle, immersive meditation within the Akashic Records—an experience designed to move beyond theory and into direct, personal connection. This offering is crafted to cultivate a strong, foundational relationship with the Records, allowing you to experience them not as an abstract concept, but as a practical, soul-level resource for guidance and clarity. 

No prior experience is needed. All backgrounds and belief systems are welcome.
