6:30 - 8:30pm

$45

Led by Nicki

Conscious Breathwork is a means of inducing an altered state of awareness through full and connected breathing. Energy is activated in the body, and as the energy disperses, it serves to release, or to cleanse blockages, both physical and emotional. Possible experiences include; resolution and release of current problems, unresolved childhood wounds, birth memories, and stored trauma in the body.

The process is gentle, safe, and almost every person will have a deep moving experience. As an added benefit, Breathwork is quite healthy for the body. You will be conscious the whole time and totally in control. Please come prepared for immediate growth and a powerful experience.

Event is limited to 10 participants, you will be charged in full if you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

***NOTE: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and pillow. It's preferable not to eat for an hour prior. We will provide eye masks or you can bring your own.

Renew + Rise: A Winter Solstice Embodiment Journey

Sunday, 12/21

6:00-8:00pm

$49

Led by Katie + Andrea

Step into the magic of the Winter Solstice — a sacred moment when the world pauses in its deepest darkness and the first spark of returning light begins to rise. Renew & Rise is a soulful, embodied ceremony designed to help you release the energetic weight of the year, reconnect with your true self, and welcome the illumination of a new cycle.

This immersive experience weaves together somatic movement, intentional breathwork, mantra, intuitive dance, and a restorative Soundbath to guide you from stillness to expansion. You’ll be invited to move, breathe, shake, feel, and soften as your body clears what no longer serves, making room for clarity, vitality, and renewal.

As we journey together, you will:

• Release old patterns through gentle somatic unwinding and clearing practices

• Awaken your inner light with breath and mantra designed to shift your frequency

• Move intuitively to reconnect with your own rhythm, power, and expression

• Ground into presence as Soundbath frequencies help reset your nervous system

• Open to new beginnings with intentions that align you with the year ahead

This is a space of softness, expansion, and transformation — a place to honor what you’ve carried, let go of what you no longer need, and rise into a new season of light.Come as you are. Leave renewed, elevated, and ready to step into the next chapter with clarity, confidence, and an open heart.

Teacher Training 2026

Starting on April 11th....

Wildwood Yoga and Joy of Yoga will be conducting a 200HR Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher Training and Immersion for anyone wanting to become a certified yoga teacher or those that would like to immerse themselves into their physical practice and understanding of yoga's history, philosophy and practical application in today's world.

What makes this Yoga Teacher Training Distinct?

Joy and Jill created this training curriculum which emphasizes anatomy, alignment, philosophy, meditation, spiritual practices, and the mythical teachings and stories from India.

During this training, students will cultivate a spiritual practice, reflecting our belief that the spiritual dimensions of yoga are as essential to teacher development as the physical. Alongside this, students will develop skills and education around Trauma-informed yoga, ensuring a compassionate and aware approach to teaching. Over the course of 10 months, our group will learn and develop a meditation practice together. Additionally, a guest teacher from India will enrich the experience by sharing mythical stories, kirtan, mantra, and practical Indian philosophy, offering a profound insight into the tradition. Following the training, our mentorship program continues to enhance students’ skills as yoga teachers.

Jill Dunlap and Joy Page co-created the hatha based curriculum that will be the basis for this training. Each weekend we will explore a different Hindu Deity. During that weekend we will weave the iconography, mythology, mantras and energy/role of that deity throughout the philosophy teachings, meditations and chanting.

As an added bonus to our training, each student receives Unlimited Free Yoga at both Joy of Yoga and Wildwood Yoga for the duration of the teacher training.

Teacher Training will take place over 10 weekends & 1 LIVE Zoom meeting/month in 2026.
